Zick Business Advisors, Inc. is an expert and experienced firm of ESOP consultants and certified business valuation professionals.  We have been working with non-public current and prospective ESOP companies since 1988.

Our ESOP clients are diverse, and include companies with annual revenues ranging from $1 million to $250 million, in a variety of industries throughout the western United States.  We work with retail busnesses, wholesale distributors, manufacturers, construction contractors, hi-tech companies including defense contractors, research and development companies, educational consultants and publishers, and providers of professional services in a number of different fields.

For the majority of our ESOP clients, the primary service we provide is stock valuation to comply with the annual independent appraisal requirement which applies to closely held company stock owned by an ESOP.

Unlike some other firms which push business valuation services via their websites, our valuation practice has depth- four trained experts each with both CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst accreditation, active professional memberships in the National Center for Employee Ownership and The ESOP Association, active participation in national valuation conferences, extensive ongoing annual continuing professional education in the valuation and ESOP fields, and typically completion of forty or more ESOP and other business valuation projects each year.

We do not use untrained staff members to complete valuation projects, and do not use report writing software to produce "touch of a button" cookie-cutter valuation reports.
