Zick Business Advisors, Inc. is a Colorado professional corporation of Certified Public Accountants and Certified Valuation Analysts, founded in 1971.

Among our specialties is expert business valuation services, provided by our four CPA - Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA).  We have been providing business valuation services to clients for thirty years, and our CPA-CVAs are highly trained and experienced in this discipline.

We are experts in the use of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) as a business continuation and exit planning vehicle.  ESOP based ownership can be the most tax efficient ownership structure possible for a closely held for-profit company under U.S. tax law.

For over twenty years, we have provided ESOP related services to non-public current and prospective ESOP companies, including:

• ESOP valuation services- our four Certified Valuation Analysts (CVAs) provide transaction valuations, annual required valuations, etc., fully compliant with constantly evolving professional standards for business valuation work
